Some roads and bridges in Cagayan province are no longer passable because of floods spawned by Super Typhoon Goring, officials said Sunday.
Based on the monitoring of the Cagayan Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, among the areas that are impassable due to flooding are the Abariongan Ruar-Abariongan Uneg Road and Tamuco-Balagan-Abaruangan Ruar in the town of Santo Niño.This photo by the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office of Sto. The Bagunot Overflow Bridge in Baggao town and Carilucud-Ubung-Caliluan Road in Solana town are also not passable, while only motorcycles can pass through the Calapangan Sur Bridge going to Santo Niño town due to landslides.The Cagayan Province Information Office said 439 families were affected by the typhoon.
