Ringgit slips further against US dollar FMTNews FMTBusiness
KUALA LUMPUR: The ringgit slipped further against the US dollar, and the local currency is expected to remain weak as it has breached its immediate resistance level of RM4.4236 against the dollar, said an economist.
“The ringgit’s next resistance level is RM4.4858 against the greenback. So far, the ringgit versus the greenback is at an overbought position from a technical standpoint,” Bank Muamalat Malaysia Bhd chief economist Afzanizam Abdul Rashid told Bernama.
