It is there that Joshi weaves a tale that makes the third and final book of her trilogy so interesting. One can smell and taste the story. This novel is so descriptive the reader is able to experience it all.
Radha Fontaine has a rare gift – the innate ability to detect the layers of scent that make up a distinctive perfume. On top of that, she senses the emotion and need behind, for example, a painting. Who is this woman? What does her portrait say about her life and hopes, her temperament and dreams? All of this Radha absorbs as she creates unique scents for the clientele of the parfumerie.
