CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — Resort owners from the central and southern part of the province asked an insurance company 'whatever happened to the insurance claims promised a year ago.'These resort owners were referring to the International Oil Pollution Compensation which they said is directly involved in the compensation for entities affected by oil pollution incidents.
