Severe topical storm 'Kristine' caused floods in Tuguegarao City, reaching Macapagal Avenue and Barangay 10, affecting Carig-Bagay Bypass Road and evacuating vendors at Macapagal market. Water levels also rose in Pinacanauan and Gunnacao bypass roads towards Cataggaman Nuevo, Tuguegarao City. Tuguegarao City, Cagayan—Local authorities advised residents in low-lying areas to evacuate in safer locations after water level from the Cagayan River at Buntun Bridge rose to a warning level.
