With the BYD Tech Tour making its way to the Alabang Town Center this June 20-22, BYD Cars Philippines is set to put on market another addition to their
Plug-in Hybrid pool — the Sealion 5 DM-i. The launch propels the expansion of their Super DM-i Technology vehicle range which aims to provide Filipinos with electrified mobility without range concerns, targeted as a value-oriented offering for young professionals and first-time car buyers. Ahead of its June 20 launch, interested buyers may now book reservations at their nearest BYD Dealerships.
The Sealion 5 DM-i follows the successful introductions of the BYD Sealion 6 DM-i and BYD Seal 5 DM-i. Bob Palanaca, Managing Director of BYD Cars Philippines, talked about how the brand continues to add diverse options given diverse Filipino needs: “Our best-selling BYD Sealion 6 DM-i laid the groundwork for electrified mobility free from range anxiety. Now we are set to introduce the Sealion 5, another DM-i SUV that’s easier to own but is just as rich in value,” Palanaca stated.
