Sinabi ni Surigao del Norte Rep. Robert Ace Barbers na nakatanggap ng sulat ang House Quad Committee mula kay Mylah Roque, na asawa ni dating presidential spokesperson Harry Roque, na magpapa-checkup siya sa Singapore.
Inihayag ito ni Barbers, kasunod ng pagpapalabas ng QuadComm ng arrest order laban kay Mylah dahil sa ilang ulit na pag-isnab sa imbitasyon ng komite kaugnay sa isinasagawang pagdinig sa ilegal na operasyon ng POGO sa bansa.
“I hope nothing serious is happening to her, kasi sa ganon katagal, we don’t know, we just hope and pray na walang serious medical issue,” dagdag ni Barbers na over-all chairman ng Quad Comm. “‘Yong sinasabi na sinubmit ko na lahat ng dokumento, etcetera. Yes, we do appreciate that, of course. But, the documents will not be able to answer the questions that will be asked. So, I think the members would insist na siya ay mag-attend at sumagot ng questions,” ani Barbers.
Nitong Martes, kinumpirma ng Bureau of Immigration na nakalabas na ng bansa si Myrah noong September 3.
