RL Commercial REIT Inc. , the real estate investment trust company of property developer Robinsons Land Inc., said it is sprucing up its old office buildings to lure more tenants back to the workplace.
“Today, it’s a ‘buyers market’. If you are remiss and if you don’t premiumize, your tenants will go to other landlords,” Go said.RCR on Thursday introduced Robinsons Summit Center’s reimagined lobby to tenants, employees, stakeholders and special guests. The lobby of 37-story Robinsons Summit Center along Ayala Ave., Makati was refurbished with marble floors, rich wood accents, furnishings and a 10-meter ceiling space.
Go said with these refurbishments, employees would be encouraged to go back of to office set-up instead of doing work-from-home arrangement.
