Iniimbestigahan ang nangyaring rambulan ng mga kabataan sa Cebu City dahil isang pakulo o modus lamang umano ito para makapandukot sila ng mga nakikiusyoso, ayon sa pulisya.
Sa ulat ni Alan Domingo ng GMA Regional TV Balitang Bisdak sa “24 Oras Weekend” nitong Sabado, mapapanood ang video ng rambulan ng mga kabataan, kung saan may isang indibidwal na pinagtulungang suntukin.Pero sinabi ng Cebu City Police Office na drama lamang ito ng mga kabataan, dahil walang nagsasampa ng reklamo laban sa mga nanakit.
Panggugulo lamang din ito para makapandukot ng mga nang-uusyoso ang iba pang kasamahan ng mga kabataan. "This is a modus ng grupo ng mga kabataan. And then after na may gulo, may commotion, maraming tao, usual natin na ugali na mag-gather agad. And then may kasamahan sila sa grupo na magte-take advantage. Manguha ng cellphone, anything valuable na makita nila," sabi ni Police Lieutenant Colonel Wilbert Parilla, deputy director for administration ng Cebu City Police Office.
Nilinaw naman ng pulisya na isang beses pa lamang nangyari ang gulo, taliwas sa mga lumabas sa social media na may iba pang gulong nangyari sa ibang bahagi ng Cebu City. Inaksyunan din ito agad, at pinayuhan din ng pulisya ang mga taga-barangay at nasa establisyimento na mas higpitan pa ang seguridad.Jamil Santos/VBL, GMA News
