Sports personality and professional rally driver, Ken Block, perished in a snowmobile accident on January, 2, 2023, in the state of Utah in the US. READ:
The news was confirmed by Hoonigan, the brand and racing team founded by Ken Block. Block was 55 years old.
Since his start in professional motorsports, Block was closely supported by Ford Performance for a lengthy 11 years before parting ways with the brand and eventually teaming up with Audi. “It’s with our deepest regrets that we can confirm that Ken Block passed away in a snowmobile accident today,” a statement from Hoonigan says. “Ken was a visionary, a pioneer, and an icon. And most importantly, a father and a husband.”
