Northern Luzon will have isolated rain showers due to the shearline, the point where the hot and cold wind meets, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Saturday.
Pagasa said Cagayan, Babuyan Islands, Batanes, eastern Visayas and Caraga region will have cloudy skies and rain in the next 24 hours.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have fair weather with chances of isolated rains and localized thunderstorms, especially in the afternoon or at night.The weather agency is monitoring cloud clusters in the eastern part of the country which may develop into a low pressure area which may bring isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in eastern Visayas and Caraga region.
