Kinumpirma ni Rafael Rosell na kasal na siya sa matagal na niyang nobya na si Valerie Chia.

We signed the papers just between us noong April 20, 2020. Very quiet and because that's our favorite number talaga," anang aktor.
Inilahad ni Rafael na dahil sa pandemya, hindi na nila naisagawa ang kasal, kundi ang pagpirma na lamang ng mga papeles. "It used to be so easy for me to just bitawan ang 'I love you' na three words sa partners ko. Pero rito sa relationship ngayon, ang hirap sabihin ng totoong nararamdaman mo. Like when you feel something so intense, ang hirap palang sabihin sa totoong buhay, kasi totoong totoo eh," sabi niya.
Sa kabila na tunay ang pagmamahal na nararamdaman nila sa isa't isa, sinabi ni Rafael na may parteng nahihiya sila ni Valerie na magsabihan ng"I love you."
