The universe just conspired for two iconic queens to meet!In an Instagram Reel, R’Bonney Gabriel shared her trip to a fabric shop as she is working on her newest collection. Minutes later, she bumped into none other than Miss Universe 1969 Gloria Diaz .The two Miss Universe queens were able to talk to each other and take photos. R’Bonney also flexed her growing Tagalog skills.“Tatay ko Filipino at nanay ko American,” R’Bonney told Gloria.
”Adter the encouter, R’Bonney said, “Just running into Gloria Diaz—the first Miss Universe from the Philippines—here in the fabric store. I don’t even know how to act anymore. I think I’m done shopping."R’Bonney arrived in the Philippines in April, and will stay “for longer” for modeling, hosting, guestings, and other work engagements.
