Quirino province recorded its first COVID-19 infection, Governor Dax Cua confirmed on Monday.
Cua reported the infected patient is in good condition and does not exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19. “Let us not resort into panic. What is important is we should be safe always,” Cua addressed his residents.
