Esperon, in his complaint said RMP falsely claimed that it is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission when its registration has been revoked.
But the court, in its ruling issued Monday said: the prosecution failed to present enough evidence that would warrant a conviction of all the accused. Meanwhile, Karapatan, in a statement said the court’s ruling is “a victory of truth and justice against lies and enemies of the people.”
