MANILA, Philippines — Officers of the Quezon City Police District announced the arrest of two suspects accused of raping and molesting a restobar employee in Cubao.In a report on Wednesday, the QCPD identified the suspects as Jan Jetry Gingoyon Jr., 29, the restobar’s cook, and Charmie Ann Matias, 34, its manager.
Police said the victim later woke up again when someone kissed her neck with arms wrapped around her body. The victim identified the second suspect as Gingayon, who raped her and left the place immediately after the incident.
