Sa pagiging kam­peon ng katatapos lamang na 2024 PVL All-Filipino Confe­rence ay ang Creamline ang pinakahuling pipili ng rookie. Ang sixth pick ay mapapasakamay ng No. 7 Akari Chargers habang ang seventh at eighth picks ay ibibigay sa No. 6 Cignal HD Spikers at No. 5 PLDT High Speed Hitters, ayon sa pagkakasunod.
