SANTA BARBARA, Iloilo - Isang pulis at isang sibilyan ang naaresto sa quarantine control point sa Barangay Cabugao Sur dito sa bayan dahil sa nakitang 30 kahon ng alak sa loob ng kanilang sasakyan sa kabila ng umiiral na liquor ban, Biyernes ng gabi.

Minamaneho ni Police Staff Sgt. Paul Pinggoy ng Regional Intelligence Division ng Police Regional Office 6 ang sasakyan nang dumaan sa control point. Tinanong umano ito ng hepe ng Santa Barbara Municipal Police Station kung anong karga nito pero sinabi ni Pinggoy na tiles lamang ang laman ng mga kahon.

Pero nang siliping mabuti gamit ang flashlight, dito na nakita na mga kahon pala ng alak ang karga sa sasakyan ni Pinggoy.
