Pulang Araw ,' a Kapuso TV series starring Barbie Forteza, Sanya Lopez, David Licauco, and Alden Richards , has been chosen to be included in Lunar Codex 's time capsule, set to be sent to the moon in 2025. According to Nelson Canlas's report, it's the first and only Filipino TV series selected for this project. Along with ' Pulang Araw ,' SB19 's music and collections from Ryan Cayabyab and others are also part of the works by Filipino artists chosen for the moon mission. Lunar Codex , founded by Dr.
Samuel Peralta, aims to preserve diverse works from 185 countries, 160 indigenous nations, and over 40,000 artists, ensuring they remain intact from earth's changes like war and climate change. Through advanced technology, the images will be compressed for the journey to the moon
