THE proclamation of the winning 63 party-list groups remains uncertain even as the results of the special elections in Tubaran, Lanao del Norte would have been known, according to the Commission on Elections .'Actually to be more accurate about it, we're looking at either the May 26 or May 27 proclamation,' said Comelec acting spokesman John Rex Laudiangco in a press briefing on Tuesday.He pointed out that Tuesday's special elections in Tubaran would only end at 7 p.m.
According to Laudiangco, the NBOC is looking at proclaiming all 63 party-list groups by May 26 but stressed that it can only be done if the almost 2,000 votes in Shanghai, China would no longer affect the ranking of the party-list groups after the CoC from Lanao del Sur has been canvassed.
