All are welcome to attend in a show of solidarity.
There will be a ceremony to commemorate the one-year anniversary of Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine at Prince George City Hall on Thursday, Feb. 23 at 6 p.m. PST.
That time coincides with Feb. 24 at 4 a.m. Eastern European Standard Time, when Russia's invasion of Ukraine started one year ago. The vigil will see the lighting of memorial candles and all are welcome to stand together in solidarity.
