Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney says his “shoot for the moon” prediction for 2023 is Donald Trump will pull out of the race for the White House.“The only two reasons he wouldn’t run is if he thinks he can lose and if he’s got a health problem,” he told Sky News host James Morrow.
“What I didn’t consider was the possibility that if he thought he could lose, he might invent a health problem.”
