Prasarana to take legal action over Ampang LRT disruption FMTNews
Structural damage of the viaduct and the pier near the Bandaraya station had caused disruption to the Ampang LRT service.
He said Prasarana would take legal action to recover the cost of repair works and impact caused by the disruption.On Feb 22, Loke said the investigation into the structural damage on the Ampang LRT line found that it was caused by ground movement, believed to be the result of construction work at a site next to the Bandaraya station for a proposed hotel project.
The repairs to the structural damage of the viaduct and the pier near the Bandaraya LRT station are expected to be completed in September. He said the ministry had taken steps to increase flights and would continue to look for ways to reduce prices.
