Hasil siasatan mendapati suspek, seorang pemandu lori membakar mercun jenis cake shot berhadapan stesen minyak Petronas Lotus Ampang atas permintaan pelanggan premis milik kawannya. “Kes disiasat mengikut Seksyen 6 Akta Bahan Letupan 1957 kerana menggunakan apa-apa bahan letupan yang mungkin boleh membahayakan nyawa atau kerosakan harta atau kecederaan pada orang,” katanya dalam kenyataan rasmi yang dikeluarkan.
