The low pressure area off Mindanao, once it develops into a tropical cyclone, may traverse and make landfall in Luzon, but the state weather bureau on Thursday said “there is still high uncertainty” regarding its definite track. | charieabarcaINQ

“Sa ngayon, ito ang nakikita nating possibilities regarding sa magiging track nitong sama ng panahon na ating binabantayan,” he added.

Meanwhile, this LPA will continue to dump rain and cause cloudy skies in Visayas, Romblon, Sorsogon, Masbate, Zamboanga del Norte, Misamis Provinces, Camiguin, Agusan del Norte, Surigao del Norte, and Dinagat Islands on Thursday.
