A poll of over 500 British Conservative Party members revealed 55 per cent of them believe UK Prime Minister Liz Truss should resign, just six weeks into her tenure.
The same percentage also said they would vote for Ms Truss’ contest counterpart Rishi Sunak if given the chance to vote again.
Former prime minister Boris Johnson was the top preference to replace Ms Truss, receiving 32 per cent in the poll, followed by Mr Sunak at 23 per cent.
