THE Police Regional Office in Central Visayas and the Regional Civil Security Unit will inspect designated firecracker zones in the Central Visayas to make sure safety regulations are being followed, with six days to go until Christmas day. According to RCSU 7 data, Central Visayas has two authorized firecracker makers, seven dealers, and 602 retailers.
'Two days before it happened nag dialogue na kami duon sa kanila, we already met the manufacturer, we inspected the retailers, duon na namin sinabi ang mga reminders, sinabi namin yung strict adherence to the safety measures, security protocols and manufacturing processes, so alam po nila yun kung ano ang nasasaad sa batas RA 7183 yung guidelines, di kami nagkulang sa pag remind sa kanila,' Bilaro said..
