Authorities are determining if the human rights lawyer in Maguindanao was the intended target when his parked car was shot twice by still unidentified attackers over the weekend.
COTABATO CITY –
“At this time, we consider the case as indiscriminate firing,” said Manalang, on the shooting of Lao’s car on Sinsuat Ave. here around 7 p.m. Saturday, August 6. “If he was indeed the target, he would have been shot as he alighted from his vehicle,” Manalang said in the vernacular.
