Col. Randy Glenn Silvio, Laguna police head, identified the suspect as “Norman,” a resident of Cabuyao City, Laguna.
Calamba City police chief Lt. Col. Milany Martinez said the suspect was arrested by the drug enforcement unit at Elepaño Subdivision in Barangay 3 after he sold shabu to a poseur-buyer. Norman yielded three plastic sachets containing shabu with an estimated weight of 52 grams valued at P353,600 and the buy-bust money.related stories
