Durham police are asking for help ensuring the safety of a missing Ontario Shores patient.
Harrison Mantalas, 40, was last seen leaving the facility around 4 p.m. Wednesday. Ontario Shores is located on Gordon Street, south of Victoria Street.He is described as White and 5’10”, with a heavy build. He is bald, but with a small patch of red/brown hair in the back. He was wearing a Raptors jersey, camo pants, a light green hat, a black leather vest, white running shoes and a white face bandana.
If you see him, don’t approach. Police are asking you to call them immediately at 1-888-579-1520, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 . Police are searching for a missing patient who was last seen Wednesday afternoon. Harrison MANTALAS, age 40, was last seen on August 30, 2023, at approximately 4:00 p.m. leaving Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences.
