Richard Foss, 44, and Marie Strong, 36, were arrested in connection and held in custody overnight.
The two are facing charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and possession for the purpose of trafficking oxycodone. Foss is facing additional charges, including two counts of possession contrary to a firearm prohibition order and three counts of breaching conditions of a court release order.Police ask anyone who suspects drug trafficking in their neighbourhood to call local police or tip anonymously through Crime Stoppers atIt has been our privilege to have the trust and support of our East Coast communities for the last 200 years.
