Carlos told reporters that Marcos' camp had already coordinated with the police regarding the supposed kill plot against the former senator. "We will validate it, mayroon na pong nakipagugnayan , nais pong mag... with regards to this report, we are open because our commitment is to secure everyone, our commitment is for a peaceful election," Carlos said.Carlos said the pieces of information that would be obtained will be forwarded to a task unit, which will later on take the necessary steps on the matter..
Attorney Vic Rodriguez, Marcos' spokesman, commended the OOC for its "swift and uncompromising response to uncover those behind this open threat to harm" Marcos.
