Rommel Francisco MarbilHe added that the review panel would be led by the Office of the Deputy Chief, PNP for Operations, supported by representatives from various law enforcement units encompassing operations, investigation, intelligence, police-community relations, internal affairs and human rights.'This review panel will bring together the key components of our police force to ensure a comprehensive and balanced evaluation,' Marbil said.
