With the National Capital Region and several areas under Alert Level 3, the public is encouraged to carry vaccination cards for easy access to establishments or public transportation. People caught using counterfeit vaccination cards could face imprisonment of one month to six months and P20,000 to P50,000 in fines under Republic Act 11332 or the Mandatory Reporting of Notifiable Diseases and Health Events of Public Health Concern Act.
