PNP buys 50 officers’ cars amounting to P64.5 M

The Philippine National Police has bought some P64.5 million worth of vehicles described to be used for administrative purposes of high-ranking police officials mostly assigned at Camp Crame in Quezon City.Outgoing PNP chief Gen. Archie Francisco Gamboa said 50 vehicles will be distributed to the deputy directors and executive officers of major offices and units at Camp Crame for work-related transportation.

The blessing of the vehicles was done a day before Gamboa bows out of service for reaching the mandatory retirement age of 56.
