Eleven days into its operation to serve arrest warrants against the fugitive preacher, the Davao regional police believe that Apollo Quiboloy is still inside the Kingdom of Jesus Christ compound in Davao City."Hanggang ngayon, naniniwala kami na nandyan siya.
