State-run Philippine National Oil Co. is rebidding the study and design for the transformation of the energy supply base in Mabini, Batangas to an offshore wind integration port .
PNOC said in its bidding documents interest consultants should submit their applications to the Bids and Awars Committee Secretariat on or before Sept. 10, 2024 at PNOC Bldg. 6, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. This includes identifying potential port competitors and assessing the facility’s competitive position relative to these competitors. The resulting market capture analysis will be translated into a port activity forecast, serving as an input for the Business Model Assessment.
“Conducting a detailed investor study and developing a robust business model will attract investors by providing a clear understanding of financial parameters, market potential, and project viability,” the company said.
