NEW YORK, May 15, 2024 PRNewswire -- Plutonian Acquisition Corp.
, a special purpose acquisition company, announced today that Big Tree Cloud International Group Limited has deposited into the Company's trust account an aggregate of $210,000, in order to extend the period of time the Company has to complete a business combination for three additional months, from May 15, 2024 to August 15, 2024. The Company issued a promissory note to Big Tree Cloud with a principal amount equal to the amount deposited.
The Company's efforts to identify a prospective target business will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic region, although it intends to focus its search for a target business on companies engaged in metaverse technologies, tourism and e-commerce related industries in the Asia-Pacific, or APAC, region.
