Award-winning actor Piolo Pascual announced his support for the presidential bid of Vice President Leni Robredo, calling her the real face of unity and the only one who can bring the country together.
In a video message, Piolo said VP Leni is the only candidate who has provided inspiration to the Filipino people to work together for the common good and the hope for a better future for the Philippines.
Piolo said that kind of unity would only be achieved under a transparent, honest, and excellent leadership that only VP Leni can provide. “Sa punto ng buhay at kamatayan, ang pagkakaisa natin ang nagbigay ng tatag at pag-asa, kaya marami tayong nagagawa. Hindi para sa sarili, kundi para sa kapwa. Ganito ang itsura ng totoong unity,” he said.
