Ayon kasi sa Social Enterprise Development Partnership, isa sa bawat sampung OFW ay broke o walang pera, habang 80% percent ay walang savings o ipon. “We will share with you everything you need para kayo ay maging winner, winner naman kayo pero level up naman natin,” sabi ni Francis Kong. Kaya naman todo ang panghihikayat ng Filipino community organizations at leaders sa Abu Dhabi sa ibang OFWs na makibahagi sa training na tatagal ng apat na buwan.
“Isa sa mga iniidolo kong motivational speakers si Francis Kong, talagang napakaganda at nakakapag-motivate ng tao specially sa mga OFW na mabago yung mindset nila,” sabi ni Josh Leron, Vice-Chairman, Bayanihan Council, Abu Dhabi.
