Kanlaon - located provinces of Negros Occidental and Negros Oriental - is inflated.As of early morning on Tuesday, December 17, the volcano remains under Alert Level 3 with Intensified Unrest and/or Magmatic Unrest.PHIVOLCS recommends the evacuation of residents within the 6-kilometer radius from the volcano's summit and that flying of any aircraft close to the volcano should not be allowed.
