EXECUTIVE Secretary Lucas Bersamin has announced, on behalf of the President, that the executive branch will not cooperate with the International Criminal Court with respect to the complaints filed against former president Rodrigo Duterte and cohorts. The Palace is correct. I agree with the decision.
