Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Pangasinan, Albay, Western Visayas, Cebu City, Mandaue City, and Davao City are currently underMeanwhile, the rest of the country is under MGCQ, the lowest form of community quarantine enforced by the government.
