THE Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) and Philippine Information Agency (PIA) has recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to intensify the promotion of the former's Konsulta Package to reach more Filipinos nationwide, especially those in far-flung areas.

As stipulated in the MoU, PhilHealth will constantly collaborate with PIA for the on-site registration of Konsulta beneficiaries, and provide relevant and up-to-date information to the public through the help of the PIA Central Office. The agreement includes registration of PIA employees and their dependents into Konsulta, and promotion of Konsulta in PIA's social media platforms, newsletters and instructional materials.
