Pharmally executives Linconn Ong and Mohit Dargani has appealed to the Senate to grant their release nearly a year after they were ordered jailed by the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee in relation to
Ong and Dargani questioned the motives of Gordon, claiming that the senator is just using the case to bolster his political ambitions.
The two businessmen said Gordon has stolen their lives and besmirched their reputation by “twisting the truth” in the Senate probe on the alleged over pricing of medical supplies provided by Pharmally to the government during the height of the pandemic. Both have asked Sotto for fair treatment, citing that they continue to trust and respect the judgement of the Senate President.
Ong and Dargani also stated that Gordon and the Senate committee will never be able to give back everything the businessmen lost “so the least they can do is free them so they can reclaim their lives.”
