However, Estareja said one cyclone may enter of form within the PAR this month, based on the climatological data of the PAGASA. In the next 24 hours, PAGASA said partly cloudy to cloudy weather with light rains due to the northeast monsoon or amihan may affect Luzon and Visayas.
