FLUVIAL PROTEST. Fishermen from Batangas, Zambales, Bataan, Bulacan, Laguna, and Cavite held a fluvial parade in Calatagan, on Sunday, September 1, 2024, to condemn the ramming of the Philippine Coast Guard's BRP Teresa Magbanua by a Chinese Coast Guard vessel off Escoda shoal in the West Philippine Sea.
