Individuals in the most vulnerable areas in Batangas were vaccinated against the COVID-19, the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) said on Saturday, Oct. 30.
Individuals in the most vulnerable areas in Batangas were vaccinated against the coronavirus disease , the Philippine Red Cross said on Saturday, Oct. 30.In a statement, PRC said that through its Bakuna Bus and Bakuna Center, they have vaccinated a total of 868 individuals belonging to the A1- A4 category in Batangas before the start of Undas last Oct. 27 to 29, 2021.
With the help of the local government units , PRC sent out its Bakuna Bus to reach the municipality of San Luis and Padre Garcia, vaccinating 552 individuals. “Kailangan tuloy tuloy pa rin ang ating pagbabakuna lalo na malapit na ang pasko ,” Chairman and CEO Sen. Dick Gordon. He added that while the PRC is not encouraging social gathering, they have to press on with vaccinations and COVID-19 testing to ensure the safety of the communities..Meanwhile, PRC remains committed to its vaccination program and has vaccinated more than 350,000 individuals through its Bakuna Centers and Bakuna Buses.
