The Philippine National Kendo Tournament, a highly anticipated competition for Filipino Kendo practitioners, is set to take place on Oct. 26-27, 2024 at the University of Southeastern Philippines, Davao City. This prestigious event will showcase the skill and dedication of kendokas from across the country, competing in various categories.

The Philippine National Kendo Tournament, or PNKT, is an annual event organized by the United Kendo Federation of the Philippines. Held in different cities since 2016, the PNKT was unfortunately canceled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It made a successful return in 2023 in Manila, and this year marks its second competition since the pandemic.
