The Philippine Blu Girls Under-18 squad is set to compete in the 2024 U18 Women’s Softball World Cup Group Stage on Aug. 29 to Sept. 2 in Dallas, Texas.

The PH Blu Girls are scheduled to play in the 2024 U18 Women’s Softball World Cup Group Stage in Dallas, Texas. -ranked Filipinas are bracketed in Group C where they are scheduled to face tough opponents including world No. 1 United States, No. 5 Canada, No. 7 Mexico, No. 10 Australia and No. 21 Ireland

“Our PH Blu Girls are a talented group. This is a great opportunity for them to learn and gain experience and share the exceptional talent we have in Philippine softball. I believe they will make a significant impact and continue to elevate the sport in our country,” said Jean Henri Lhuillier, President of the Amateur Softball Association of the Philippines and CEO of Cebuana Lhuillier.

The tournament stakes a chance to advance to the playoffs on the final day. The top two teams from the playoffs will earn a coveted spot in the Finals set in 2025.
